GTIS HALF INCLUSIVITY STATEMENT

To increase inclusivity and representation for our diverse community running our race, we have added a non-binary category and prefer not to answer. Our live results page also reflects the addition of a non-binary category, and an award for the top three finishers in this category will be recognized in 2024. Participants who prefer not to answer will not be eligible for a separate award, but they will rank in overall standings. We are also evaluating all our internal platforms and signage and implementing changes. It is part of a holistic plan to elevate belonging, inclusion, and representation for our LGBTQIA+ staff and community.
